Devlog #5 One Week before Prototype Released!!!
WELCOME BACK EVERYONE! It's that time again where we share our progress throughout last week about Escape.
For the last one week, we have done quite a lot of things. We could say that we have made some remarkable progress HAHAHA. Here are the lists of what we have done:
1. We started to create some level design for stage one which will be in the prototype we released next week. We're still trying to create a suitable level which will bring your excitement about Escape! rise even higher.
2. We have finished some of the assets needed to build our prototype. These assets include the enemy (futuristic police), their movements, their bullets, Escape! logo, Escape! page cover which you can see in our project page, our main menu, and a new power up called the speed power up which greatly increase your movement speed when it is picked up / collided. You can see the pictures of these assets above!
3. We have finished making the background music for Escape! The music will make you feel more immersed into Escape! while you are playing it. For the music, we use chrome music lab to create it. You should give it a try as it is easy to be understand and fun to use.
These are what we have done for the last one week, and don't forget fellow escapists! Next week, we will release our prototype. Make sure not to miss it!
